You'll receive the ABR (Adobe Photoshop Brushes) files

After downloading the file unzip it. Double-click the  ABR file. Photoshop will start launching; new brushes will appear at the end of the Brush list.

If you have quite old PS versions, you may have to take the following actions:

• Start your Photoshop.
• Activate the "Brush" tool.
• Press F5 and then click the "Brush Presets" button in the window with the brush settings that have just been opened.
• In the opened window with brush presets, find the little arrow in the upper right corner. After clicking on them, choose "Load Brushes..." in the drop list.
• Find the downloaded brush set in the opened file browser, the ABR file, and double-click it.
• Now, your brushes are available in the brush list at its end and ready for use.
